GETTING THERE
By Metro:
Take Mumbai Metro Line 3 (Aqua Line) and alight at Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC) Metro Station. Jio World Garden can be reached on foot or by a short auto-rickshaw ride from the station exit.
By Bus (BEST):
Several BEST bus stops are located in close proximity to Jio World Garden within BKC. You may board a bus to Bank of Baroda (BKC), ICICI Bank Bus Stop (BKC), BKC Police Station Bus Stop, or SEBI Bus Stop (BKC). From any of these stops, the venue is a short walk away. Please check the routes and timings applicable to your boarding point.
By Train
Two railway stations offer convenient access to BKC, Kurla Railway Station (Central Line), and Bandra Railway Station (Western Line). From these stations, you may take an auto-rickshaw, share auto, or cab towards BKC. Cab services such as Uber and Ola are also available from both stations.

Ticketing
Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable unless your session is cancelled or rescheduled by The FRIENDS™ Experience exhibit.
Are tickets available at the door?
Yes, tickets can be purchased at the door; however, tickets are subject to availability, and guests with timed-entry tickets have priority, so we recommend buying tickets online in advance.
Can I give my tickets to someone else?
Yes. Tickets for The FRIENDS™ Experience are transferable.
Do I need to print my tickets?
We can scan your ticket directly from your mobile device, so please save the paper and ink and don’t print your ticket unless you have to.

What are the operational hours?
Monday – CLOSED
Tuesday to Sunday – 11:00 AM to 08:45 PM
How long does it take to go through the entire exhibit?
It takes about 1 hour to walk through the entire exhibit.
What happens if I arrive late?
If you miss your session time, you may be accommodated in the next available session, depending on capacity.
Can I buy tickets at the venue on the day I plan to visit?
Yes, tickets can be purchased at the door; however, tickets are subject to availability, and guests with timed-entry tickets have priority, so we recommend buying tickets online in advance.
Is photography and video allowed?
You’re encouraged to take photos and videos throughout the space! Remember to share your photos on social media with #FriendsTheExperience #TheOneInMumbai #FriendsTheExperienceLiveInYourDistrict so we can see them! Photo Equipment, such as tripods, light stands, and reflectors, are not permitted inside.
Am I allowed to use my phone during the exhibit?
You’re encouraged to take photos and videos throughout the space, but please avoid taking calls, video calls or watching content at full volume.
What time should I arrive for my scheduled session?
Please arrive 10 minutes before your time slot. Guests will be admitted up to 15 minutes after the time started on the ticket.
Do you accept cash?
Yes. Cash will be accepted on site.
Are pets allowed?
We love our furry friends; however, pets are not permitted inside.
Will restrooms be available on site?
This venue has restrooms with accessible facilities.
Is there somewhere to store luggage?
We do not have luggage storage at The FRIENDS™ Experience.
Can I bring food & drink to the experience?
Food and drink are not permitted inside the experience. After the spaghetti sauce stain on the couch, this rule is at Monica’s insistence! Resealable bottles of water are permitted.
Is food/drink available at the experience?
Yes, we have food/drink available to purchase in the experience.
Can I propose to my partner at The FRIENDS™ Experience?
We welcome proposals at The FRIENDS™ Experience, and would be happy to discuss any requests you may have to ensure your proposal is unique and memorable! Please contact events@district.in for an inquiry.
About
The Experience is a self-guided walk-through experience where visitors step into the world of the FRIENDS™ TV show. The experience focuses on replica sets where visitors can explore and take photos. In between these sets, there are various exhibition-style elements with details from the show. Visitors can enjoy numerous in-house photo opportunities, interactive elements, and a coffee bar with seated areas for refreshments.
Is the experience wheelchair accessible?

Is there parking at the venue?
Paid parking will be available at the venue on a first-come, first-served basis.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is a walkthrough experience, but if you have accessibility requirements, please speak to a member of staff onsite.
